SAFEGUARDING

First and foremost, we provide a safe and caring environment where every individual learner can flourish. Bullying and any form of emotional or physical abuse are not tolerated. We also educate our learners about how to stay safe in the digital world.

As a School we are committed to safeguarding and meeting the needs of all young people. No child should suffer harm, either at home or at school.  Everyone who works in our School has a responsibility to make sure that all our young people are safe. Our Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead co-ordinate this work and are always available to discuss concerns.

There may be times when you may need extra help and support. If this is the case please come and talk to us. Providing early help to our pupils and families at Rosewood means we can change a child’s path and improve outcomes for children, families, and communities. We support as soon as a problem emerges, at any point in a child’s school life.

If you have any concerns about the welfare of any pupil, please ask to speak to the Designated Safeguarding Lead.

If you have any worries about wellbeing, behaviour or bullying, contact the school immediately.
